The OCR disk are automatically backed up to %CRS_HOME%/cdata/crs, but if you want to backup to another location, run the following command to export the OCR disk to a file:

ORA-19502 and ORA-27072
The above error occurs when the file system has filled up, although the error message doesn't strictly say that.
Run a df -h to check and then delete unwanted files.
